*All returns must be accompanied by original receipt and product.
Parkland Nurseries & Garden Centre’s 1-year guarantee applies to trees and shrubs that fail to grow after being properly planted in a recommended area and properly cared for.
Myke 5-year warranty – must follow warranty guidelines laid out in the Parkland planting guide, given with every tree & shrub purchase, and you must have the receipt. Please read over or ask staff if you have any questions, as you need to return the dead plant.
Plant material left in containers will void your guarantee.
Guarantee excludes damage done by animals, chemicals, vandalism, weather events and transportation home.
All items discounted or are labelled “all sales final” will not be eligible for warranty.
Fashion and home decor no returns on sale product over 30%, clearance or final sale.
Refunds will be issued by store credit or replacement product for price paid at the time of purchase. Outdoor plant material is excluded and is only returned for plants at purchased price.
